As the Executive Chef at Eugene’s, working with the Teas family for more than ten years, there’s no place that Jonny Valdivia would rather be than in the kitchen at Eugene’s, where he’s able to showcase his culinary skills and his pure love of cooking, to shape his vision for a truly great meal.
Of course, Jonny loves the kitchen and he loves everything that goes into preparing an extraordinary meal from: overseeing the arrival of fresh Gulf Coast seafood, to the selection of certified Angus beef, to guiding our talented staff in the preparation of Eugene’s signature seafood dishes and Gulf Coast classics.
There’s little doubt Jonny is right where he needs to be, in the kitchen at Eugene’s, and we could not be happier.
